Cancellation Policy

We hope you will be satisfied with the learning experience with unfoldingaliveness.com but if for some reason, you are dissatisfied with the content or style, or can’t participate in the class, please contact us as soon as possible at matt@unfoldingaliveness.com to share your thoughts with us. We will be happy to listen and help where we can. 

In other unique cases, you may need to cancel your participation and seek a refund. There are very few cases where this need will arise and there are few situations where we will provide refunds. 

We reserve the responsibility of turning down requests for refunds or offering partial refunds. Any request for a partial refund must be made before the second live session of the course on Monday 2nd September, 2024. 

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1. Cancellation by the Customer:
— If you wish to cancel the service, you must notify us in writing first: matt@unfoldingaliveness.com
Cancellations will be processed based on the following conditions:
— If the cancellation request is received within 30 days from the date of purchase, a full refund will be provided.
— If the cancellation request is received after 30 days from the date of purchase, no refund will be provided.

1.2. Cancellation by the Service Provider:
— In rare circumstances, the service provider may need to cancel or reschedule the service due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond their control.
— In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and provide an alternative solution.
— If an alternative solution cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be provided.


2. REFUND POLICY

2.1. Refund Eligibility:
— Refunds will only be considered if you have adhered to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
— Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or if you have used any portion of the service.

2.2. Refund Process:
To request a refund, you must contact us on matt@unfoldingaliveness.com with your cancellation request.
—Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
—The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.3. Non-Refundable Fees:
— Certain fees, such as transaction charges, processing fees, or administrative fees, may not be eligible for a refund.

3. MODICATION OF SERVICES
— We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service offered on our website without prior notice.
— If a service is modified or discontinued before its completion, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the service not provided.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
— In the event of any disputes or disagreements, we encourage you to reach out to us at matt@unfoldingaliveness.com for resolution.
